My name is Khan is based upon a true story.It is directed by Karan Johar, co-produced by Johar (Dharma Productions) and Shahrukh Khan, (Red Chillies Entertainment) has a screenplay by Shibani Bathija, and stars Shahrukh Khan and Kajol. The musical trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy composed the film's score.The film is slated for a 12 February 2010 release.

Synopsis: Rizwan Khan (Tanay Chheda), a Muslim child who has Asperger syndrome, grew up with his mother (Zarina Wahab) in the Borivali section of Mumbai.As an adult (Shahrukh Khan), Rizwan falls in love with a Hindu single mother, Mandira (Kajol) who lives in San Francisco.

While not focusing on the events of 9/11,the storyline explores the period afterwards. At that time, authorities arrest and detain Rizwan, after interpreting the visible aspects of his condition as "suspicious" behavior.After his arrest, he meets Radha (Sheetal Menon), a therapist who helps him overcome the ordeal. Rizwan then begins a journey to find and meet President Barack Obama (Christopher B. Duncan) in order to clear his name.

Three Idiots is directed by Rajkumar Hirani, starring Aamir Khan, R. Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, Kareena Kapoor, and Boman Irani in pivotal roles. Kajol will make a special appearance in the movie.It is slated for a release on December 25, 2009.

The film is rumoured to be loosely based on a famous novel, Five Point Someone by Indian writer Chetan Bhagat, though it is denied by Hirani. Writer Chetan Bhagat has stated that he was not involved in the scriptwriting in any way.

The film is produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, who has a long time association with Hirani and has produced all his previous directorial ventures, whilst Abhijat Joshi and Raju Hirani have written the screenplay. The film's soundtrack is composed by Shantanu Moitra with lyrics penned by Swanand Kirkire.

Kurbaan is directed by Rensil D'Silva and produced by Karan Johar. The film, set against the backdrop of global terrorism, will feature Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor in pivotal roles along with actor Vivek Oberoi.Music is composed by Shankar - Ehsaan - Loy and Salim - Sulaiman.

What's Your Raashee? (What's Your Zodiac?) is directed by the noted director Ashutosh Gowarikar. The movie is based on US based Gujarati writer Madhu Rye's novel Kimball Ravenswood and stars Harman Baweja and Priyanka Chopra.The music of the film is composed by Sohail Sen and the lyrics are penned by Javed Akhtar.

Yogesh Patel (Harman Baweja), a young man who has always wished for a love marriage, is told that he must find his dream girl within ten days to save his family from utter ruin. He makes a plan; he will meet one girl from each raashee – sun sign, so that he will get twelve chances to fall in love. Two meetings per day gives him six days to meet them, three days to make a final decision and he can get married on the tenth day. Priyanka Chopra plays twelve different characters depicting the twelve zodiac signs. Each character will have a trait related to the zodiac sign.
